DELIVERIES


Ordering Within Australia


Postage and handling within Australia is a flat rate of $10. This is automatically added in the Paypal checkout.

Parcels are sent via Express Post and usually take 3 to 5 working days.

Ordering Outside Australia


For international orders, please order as you usually would through Paypal and Unfurl will send you a separate Paypal invoice to make up the postage difference, once it's been calculated.

Parcels will be sent Airmail. If you would like to register your post or insure your parcel, please let us know.


RETURNS & REFUNDS


Items marked Sale cannot be returned.

If you are returning your purchased item(s) under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, Unfurl will offer an exchange or full refund (to the value of the purchased item(s)) provided the item is;
- In original purchase condition.
- The items has not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
- The item(s) are accompanied by original purchase receipt/invoice.
- Returned to Unfurl within 10 days of receipt.
- Full price merchandise only.
***Unfurl does NOT offer exchanges or returns on item(s) purchased outside Australia.

How do I return an item?

Items must be returned to Unfurl along with a prepaid return satchel if an exchange is requested.

Once the returned item(s) is deemed re-sellable and has been accepted under ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances, you will receive a full refund (onto the original credit card which the transactions was purchased on or via paypal) to the value of the returned item(s) or an exchange.

Unfurl is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
